About the Founder
My name is Luna Taylor, and I’m passionate about sharing the healing power of yoga with others. Yoga has been a cornerstone of my mental health journey, helping me calm anxiety, re-energize, and find balance in daily life.
My classes are inspired by the 500-hour teacher training I completed in India, incorporating mindfulness, breathwork, and movement to create a transformative experience.
My goal is to help yogis deepen their practice, support others on their journey to self-discovery, and guide them toward inner peace and authenticity—both on and off the mat.
